What is Coaching?

The core belief that drives coaching is that you, the client, have all the answers and resources you need to make the changes you desire. The coach is skilled in helping you clarify your intentions, uncover your inner resources, and magnify your motivation to achieve your heart's desires.

Coaching focuses on teaching and empowering you to make significant changes. Coaching helps you move beyond the "resolution" stage to making those resolutions a reality.

Coaching helps you:

∞ Know and understand yourself
∞ Learn and apply steps of behavior change
∞ Clarify what you want to achieve and how to get there
∞ Create the optimal emotional environment to achieve your goals

Coaching is not the same as therapy. Coaching helps you look forward and make measured changes. Therapy helps you process and cope with the pain of the past. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
